Upstairs there is a semi ensuite shower room with toilet and handbasin, either for the sole use of the master bedroom,
or opened up for use by the ocupants of both bedrooms.
Downstairs, there is a bathroom with toilet and handbasin. In the lounge/dining room, there are a settee and two easy chairs, instant gas log-burner style fire, a stereo system and a television with video and DVD player. The table seats four and is expandable to six. In the kitchen, there are an electric cooker, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge and a separate freezer and a breakfast table. The conservatory has a table and chairs and a settee. There is off-road parking for one car next to the cottage, and parking space on the road in front of the cottage in which another car can be parked. |
